【摘要】：目的探討老年預激綜合征患者射頻消融術(shù)后電張調(diào)整性T波變化規(guī)律。方法回顧性分析2011年10月至2015年11月該院確診治療的預激綜合征老年患者200例,依據(jù)預激綜合征的顯隱性分為顯性組和隱性組,每組100例,均給予射頻消融術(shù)治療及十二導聯(lián)平靜心電圖檢查,統(tǒng)計分析電張調(diào)整性T波記憶現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生情況及其在各個旁道發(fā)生、導聯(lián)分布的特點及規(guī)律。結(jié)果顯性組術(shù)后電張調(diào)整性T波檢出率及記憶中倒置深度明顯高于隱性組;各旁道電張調(diào)整性T波發(fā)生率明顯高于隱性組,電張調(diào)整性T波多發(fā)生于距離希氏束較遠的旁道(均P0.05);顯性組最大δ波時間、最大δ波百分比、T波最大深度、持續(xù)時間明顯高于隱性組(P0.05)。結(jié)論顯性預激綜合征患者術(shù)后更易發(fā)生T波記憶現(xiàn)象,且多發(fā)生于距離希氏束較遠的旁道,了解該現(xiàn)象的導聯(lián)分布特征、深度、持續(xù)時間等規(guī)律,有助于更準確鑒別不同原因所致的T波改變,避免誤診及作出相應的干預。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes in the change of electrical adjustment T wave after radiofrequency ablation for elderly patients with preexcitation syndrome. Methods a retrospective analysis of 200 elderly patients with preexcitation syndrome in the hospital from October 2011 to November 2015 was reviewed. According to the recessive preexcitation syndrome, the dominant and recessive groups were divided into the dominant group and the recessive group, each group was treated with radiofrequency ablation. Twelve lead tranquil electrocardiogram (ECG) examination, statistical analysis of the occurrence of T wave memory phenomenon and the characteristics and regularity of the distribution of the lead in the various accessory pathways. Results the detectable rate of T wave in the dominant group and the inversion depth in the memory were obviously higher than that in the recessive group; the incidence of the adjustable T wave in the accessory pathways was obviously higher than that of the implicit group. In the sex group, the adjustable T wave occurred mostly in the distant bypass (P0.05), the maximum delta wave time, the maximum delta wave percentage, the maximum T wave depth and the duration of the dominant group were significantly higher than that of the recessive group (P0.05). Conclusion the patients with dominant preexcitation syndrome were more likely to have T wave memory after operation, and most of them occurred in the distant bypass from the hash bundle. To understand the distribution characteristics of the lead, depth, duration and other laws of the phenomenon, it is helpful to better identify the T wave changes caused by different causes, avoid misdiagnosis and make corresponding intervention.
