一氧化氮相關(guān)的巰基亞硝基化修飾及其對(duì)血管功能的調(diào)控

【摘要】:一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)作為重要的血管舒張活性因子已成共識(shí)。近年來(lái),NO的非c GMP依賴調(diào)控機(jī)制——巰基亞硝基化修飾受到廣泛關(guān)注。巰基亞硝基化屬于蛋白質(zhì)翻譯后修飾,廣泛參與調(diào)控生物體內(nèi)各種生理病理過(guò)程。本綜述將從NO相關(guān)的蛋白質(zhì)巰基亞硝基化的發(fā)生和調(diào)控等方面簡(jiǎn)要介紹近年來(lái)相關(guān)工作的研究進(jìn)展,并著重闡述巰基亞硝基化修飾在血管生理及相關(guān)疾病中發(fā)揮的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Nitric oxide (no) as an important vasodilator has become a consensus. In recent years, the non-c GMP dependent regulatory mechanism of nitric oxide (no), mercaptonitroso modification, has received wide attention. Mercaptonitrite is a post-translational modification of proteins and is widely involved in the regulation of various physiological and pathological processes in organisms. This review will briefly introduce the recent progress in the research on the occurrence and regulation of no related protein mercaptonitrite, and focus on the regulatory role of mercaptonitrite modification in vascular physiology and related diseases.
