【摘要】：目的探討利拉魯肽對2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并頸動脈粥樣硬化(CAS)患者頸動脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度(IMT)的影響。方法選擇新診斷T2DM合并CAS者25例(CAS組),健康對照組25例(NGT組),測定血清網(wǎng)膜素(Omentin)-1、脂聯(lián)素(APN)、脂肪細胞因子C1q/腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)相關(guān)蛋白(CTRP)9、TNF-α水平。觀察利拉魯肽對頸動脈IMT水平的影響。結(jié)果 (1)T2DM合并CAS患者血清Omentin-1、APN、CTRP9水平低于NGT組(P0.01);TNF-α高于對照組(P0.01)。(2)Omentin-1、APN、CTRP9與IMT負相關(guān)(r=-0.520、-0.542、-0.642,P0.05或P0.01),TNF-α與IMT正相關(guān)(r=0.572,P0.05)。(3)利拉魯肽治療后Omentin-1、APN、CTRP9水平顯著上升(P0.01),IMT、TNF-α水平顯著下降(P0.05或P0.01)。(4)利拉魯肽治療后IMT的變化與Omentin-1、APN、CTRP9、TNF-α的變化相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論利拉魯肽能降低T2DM合并CAS患者IMT,這與調(diào)控Omentin-1、APN、CTRP9、TNF-α有關(guān)。
