【摘要】：本論文主要是為國(guó)內(nèi)以AED(Automated External Defibrillator)——自動(dòng)體外除顫器為核心設(shè)備的公共場(chǎng)所應(yīng)急醫(yī)療提供服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì),是在現(xiàn)有公共場(chǎng)所應(yīng)急醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品AED的基礎(chǔ)上,為使救助者更順利地救助心臟驟停病人而提出的一套實(shí)驗(yàn)性的服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)策略方案,并設(shè)計(jì)了具有相應(yīng)功能的基于手持移動(dòng)設(shè)備的應(yīng)用。這套方案主要解決在公共場(chǎng)所中,病人突發(fā)心臟驟停疾病時(shí),“第一反應(yīng)人”,即第一救助者快速獲得AED設(shè)備并順利對(duì)病人進(jìn)行施救這一問(wèn)題。另外本應(yīng)用還擔(dān)負(fù)著普及應(yīng)急醫(yī)療知識(shí)、提高民眾急救意識(shí)和技能的社會(huì)責(zé)任,因此這部分功能亦包含在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中。論文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外公共場(chǎng)所AED應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)、AED設(shè)備普及程度以及國(guó)民急救意識(shí)的研究,尋找國(guó)內(nèi)AED服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的空白點(diǎn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),基于情境構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)方法構(gòu)建出兩個(gè)使用情境,由此產(chǎn)出實(shí)驗(yàn)性的服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)策略,并對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的手機(jī)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行可用性測(cè)試,為優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)支持。論文分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,介紹設(shè)計(jì)背景、設(shè)計(jì)動(dòng)機(jī)、設(shè)計(jì)目的和意義、設(shè)計(jì)范圍和限制、設(shè)計(jì)方法和流程。第二部分為公共場(chǎng)所AED應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)的研究,包括AED救助的疾病——心臟驟停的描述,AED設(shè)備、相關(guān)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀研究;服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)以及公共場(chǎng)所應(yīng)急醫(yī)療服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)的概況。第三章為設(shè)計(jì)要素分析,著重分析了需求要素、服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品要素。第四章為基于情境構(gòu)建設(shè)計(jì)法的模型構(gòu)建,研究了情境的要素和情境模型的構(gòu)建。第五章為實(shí)驗(yàn)部分,介紹了實(shí)驗(yàn)背景、方法、過(guò)程、數(shù)據(jù)分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論。第六章為研究總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:This thesis is mainly to provide service design for emergency medical treatment in public places with AED(Automated External Defibrillator-automatic external defibrillator as the core equipment. It is based on the existing emergency medical product AED in public places. This paper proposes a set of experimental service design strategies for rescuers to help patients with cardiac arrest more smoothly, and designs an application based on handheld mobile devices with corresponding functions. This scheme mainly solves the problem of "first responder", that is, the first rescuer, who acquires the AED equipment quickly when the patient is suffering from sudden cardiac arrest in public places, and carries on the rescue to the patient successfully. In addition, this application is also responsible for popularizing the knowledge of emergency medical treatment and improving people's awareness and skills of first aid, so this part of the function is also included in the product design. Based on the research on the popularity of AED equipment and the consciousness of national first aid in the design of AED emergency medical service in public places at home and abroad, this paper looks for the blank spots in the field of AED service design in China. Based on the situational design method, two usage scenarios are constructed to produce the experimental service design strategy, and the usability test of the mobile phone application is carried out, which provides practical basis and data support for the optimization of the product. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part introduces the design background, design motivation, design purpose and significance, design scope and limitations, design methods and processes. The second part is the research of the emergency medical service of AED in public places, including the description of the disease of AED relief-cardiac arrest, the current situation of the related products and services at home and abroad; Service design and public emergency medical service design overview. The third chapter is the analysis of design elements, focusing on demand factors, services and product elements. The fourth chapter studies the elements of situation and the construction of situational model. The fifth chapter is the experimental part, which introduces the background, method, process, data analysis and experimental conclusion. The sixth chapter is the summary of the research.
