【摘要】：正臨床資料患者女,55歲。主因間歇胸悶,胸痛,呼吸困難,向右后背放射1年,加重2個月,伴劍突下憋脹而就診,門診查CTA示左肺上靜脈異位引流至左側(cè)無名靜脈,右心增大;部分型肺靜脈異位引流癥(圖1)。入院后檢查:心界略大,各瓣膜聽診區(qū)未聞及雜音。彩超示:左室舒張功能減低(Ⅲ度),二尖瓣中度反流,無房間隔缺損。DSA造影(圖2),經(jīng)右股靜脈穿刺,豬尾導管配合超滑導絲經(jīng)下腔靜脈、上腔靜脈至左無名
[Abstract]:The patient was 55 years old. The main causes were intermittent chest tightness, chest pain, dyspnea, radiating to the right back for 1 year, aggravating for 2 months, and accompanied by distension under the xiphoid process. Outpatient CTA showed that the left superior pulmonary vein was ectopic drainage to the left unnamed vein, and the right heart was enlarged. Partial pulmonary venous ectopic drainage (Fig. 1).
