【摘要】：目的通過檢測慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清人附睪蛋白(HE)4的水平,明確其與心力衰竭嚴重程度、N-端腦利鈉肽前體(NTpro BNP)、肌酐的相關(guān)性。方法 CHF患者101例為CHF組,體檢健康人群58例為對照組,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血清HE4、NT-pro BNP的水平,并進行血生化指標檢測。結(jié)果 CHF組HE4、NT-pro BNP水平較對照組顯著升高(P0.05)。紐約心臟病協(xié)會(NYHA)心功能分級Ⅲ~Ⅳ級組、心功能分級Ⅰ~Ⅱ級組與對照組HE4及NT-pro BNP水平均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。HE4水平與NT-pro BNP、肌酐呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論 CHF患者血清HE4的水平升高,HE4與心力衰竭的嚴重程度相關(guān)。HE4水平可能為CHF患者診斷及評估病情提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the serum levels of human epididymal protein (HE4) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), and to determine the correlation between the level of Hep 4 and the severity of heart failure, NTpro BNPP and creatinine. Methods 101 patients with CHF were divided into CHF group and 58 healthy persons as control group. Serum HE4NT-pro BNP levels were measured by Elisa and blood biochemical indexes were detected. The results were as follows: (1) the level of NT-pro BNP in serum was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa).
