【摘要】：目的依據(jù)孕期女性PR間期的心電圖表現(xiàn),分析短PR間期的發(fā)生機(jī)制、臨床意義并驗(yàn)證其發(fā)生率。方法選取941例接受常規(guī)心電圖檢查的女性,并按是否懷孕分為兩組,其中孕期組777例,體檢健康的非孕組164例,分析兩組短PR間期的發(fā)生率。孕期女性按孕周劃分為3組(孕4~12周為早期妊娠組,13~27周為中期妊娠組,28~40周為晚期妊娠組),對3組短PR間期的發(fā)生率作對比分析及評價(jià)。結(jié)果孕期組112例,短PR間期發(fā)生率為14.4%,體檢健康的非孕組3例,發(fā)生率1.8%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);不同孕期短PR間期的發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論女性孕期組較非孕期短PR發(fā)生率明顯增高,且與孕期有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the mechanism and clinical significance of short PR interval according to the electrocardiogram (ECG) findings of PR interval in pregnant women. Methods 941 women who received routine electrocardiogram examination were divided into two groups according to whether they were pregnant or not. There were 777 cases in pregnancy group and 164 cases in non-pregnant group with physical examination. The incidence of short PR interval in two groups was analyzed. The pregnant women were divided into 3 groups according to gestational weeks. The incidence of short PR interval in the three groups was compared and evaluated. Results the incidence rate of short PR interval was 14.4in pregnancy group, 3 cases in non-pregnant group with physical examination, the incidence rate was 1.8, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01), and there was significant difference in the incidence rate of short PR interval during different pregnancy period (P 0.05). Conclusion the incidence of short PR in pregnant women is significantly higher than that in non-pregnant women, and it is related to pregnancy.
