【摘要】：5月5日是《世界肺動(dòng)脈高壓日》,朱寧教授作為心血管內(nèi)科醫(yī)生,有不少肺動(dòng)脈高壓患者的朋友,值此世界肺動(dòng)脈高壓日,朱教授約談了她的好朋友、肺動(dòng)脈高壓患者王女士,主題是肺動(dòng)脈高壓患者的焦慮抑郁問題。從談話中可以看到肺動(dòng)脈高壓患者的檢查及醫(yī)藥費(fèi)用特別昂貴,預(yù)后特別差。但是造成他們焦慮的原因有時(shí)并不是源自疾病非常惡劣的預(yù)后和巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力,而是醫(yī)生在看病過程中不能夠耐心解釋,透徹分析造成他們的茫然不知所措和焦慮。
[Abstract]:May 5 is World Pulmonary Hypertension Day. Professor Zhu Ning, as a cardiovascular physician, has friends of many patients with pulmonary hypertension. On this World Day of Pulmonary Hypertension, Professor Zhu interviewed her good friend, Ms. Wang, a patient with pulmonary hypertension. The theme is anxiety and depression in patients with pulmonary hypertension. It can be seen from the conversation that the examination and medical expenses of patients with pulmonary hypertension are extremely expensive and the prognosis is especially poor. But sometimes the cause of their anxiety is not due to the very poor prognosis of the disease and great economic pressure, but doctors can not be patient in the process of explaining, thorough analysis of their confusion and anxiety.
