【摘要】：目的研究燈盞生脈膠囊聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛高齡患者的臨床療效,探討對心電圖、心功能、炎性因子(超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白、白細胞介素6、降鈣素)表達水平的影響。方法選擇收入院治療的高齡不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者106例,隨機分為對照組(給予常規(guī)治療+阿托伐他汀治療)和聯(lián)合組(給予常規(guī)治療+阿托伐他汀+燈盞生脈膠囊),各53例。兩組均給予2個月治療。監(jiān)測治療前后心電圖、心功能、血管炎性因子水平,比較兩組患者療效及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果治療后,兩組患者心電圖及心功能指標均有改善,聯(lián)合組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組患者炎性因子超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)、白細胞介素6(IL-6)、降鈣素(procalcitonin,PCT)水平均明顯下降,聯(lián)合組比對照組下降顯著,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);聯(lián)合組與對照組患者服用藥物后均有不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,聯(lián)合組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論燈盞生脈膠囊聯(lián)合阿托伐他汀治療高齡不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者臨床療效好,有效改善患者心電圖及心功能,降低患者體內(nèi)炎癥因子,不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率較低,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of Erigeron Shengmai capsule combined with Atto vastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in elderly patients, and to explore the effects on electrocardiogram, cardiac function and inflammatory factor (hypersensitive C-reactive protein). Effect of interleukin 6 (calcitonin) expression. Methods 106 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (treated with conventional Atto vastatin) and the combined group (53 cases each) treated with Atto vastatin Dengshengsheng capsule. Both groups were treated for 2 months. Electrocardiogram, cardiac function and vasculitis factor levels were monitored before and after treatment. Results after treatment, electrocardiogram and cardiac function were improved in both groups, and the combined group was superior to the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, procalcitonin PCT in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of Hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group. There were significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the control group after taking the drugs, the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Breviscapine Shengmai capsule combined with Atto vastatin is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris. It can effectively improve the ECG and cardiac function of the patients and reduce the inflammatory factors in the patients. The incidence of adverse reactions is low. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
