【摘要】：目的探討冠狀動脈粥樣硬化性心臟病(簡稱冠心病)患者血漿脂聯(lián)素水平變化及其與冠狀動脈病變血管支數(shù)、狹窄程度的關(guān)系。方法選擇因胸悶、胸痛入院行冠狀動脈造影檢查的中青年(60歲)患者120例,根據(jù)冠狀動脈造影結(jié)果確診為冠心病100例(冠心病組),其中單支血管病變45例、雙支病變30例、多支病變25例,Gensini積分輕度狹窄12例、中度狹窄45例、重度狹窄33例、極重度狹窄10例;造影結(jié)果正常20例(對照組)。采用ELISA法檢測兩組血漿脂聯(lián)素,分析冠心病組血漿脂聯(lián)素水平與病變血管支數(shù)、狹窄程度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果冠心病組血漿脂聯(lián)素水平為(14.83±5.23)mg/L,對照組為(22.67±9.84)mg/L,兩組比較P0.05。單支、雙支、多支冠狀動脈病變冠心病患者血漿脂聯(lián)素水平分別為(18.53±6.23)、(14.47±4.11)、(9.82±3.82)mg/L,組間比較P均0.05;Gensini評分輕度、中度、重度、極重度狹窄冠心病患者血漿脂聯(lián)素水平分別為(16.53±5.32)、(12.88±3.55)、(9.32±3.21)、(5.46±2.08)mg/L,組間比較P均0.05。結(jié)論冠心病患者血漿脂聯(lián)素水平降低。血漿脂聯(lián)素水平變化可反映冠狀動脈病變血管支數(shù)及狹窄程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of plasma adiponectin levels in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) and their relationship with the number and degree of coronary artery stenosis. Methods A total of 120 patients, aged 60 years old with chest pain, who were admitted to hospital for coronary angiography, were selected. 100 patients were diagnosed as coronary heart disease according to the results of coronary angiography (coronary artery disease group: 45 patients with single vessel disease and 30 patients with double vessel disease). Gensini integral stenosis was found in 12 cases, moderate stenosis in 45 cases, severe stenosis in 33 cases, extremely severe stenosis in 10 cases, and normal results in 20 cases (control group). Plasma adiponectin was measured by ELISA method. The relationship between plasma adiponectin level and the number and degree of stenosis in coronary heart disease group was analyzed. Results the plasma adiponectin level was 14.83 鹵5.23 mg / L in coronary heart disease group and 22.67 鹵9.84 mg / L in control group (P 0.05). The plasma adiponectin levels in patients with coronary artery disease were 18.53 鹵6.23 mgL and 9.82 鹵3.82 mg / L, respectively. The plasma adiponectin levels in patients with coronary heart disease were 16.53 鹵5.32 鹵3.55mgL, respectively. Conclusion the plasma adiponectin level was decreased in patients with coronary heart disease. The change of plasma adiponectin level can reflect the number of coronary artery branches and the degree of stenosis.
