【摘要】：目的研究心房顫動(房顫)患者血清Apelin水平與炎癥的關(guān)系。方法選取2014年10~12月在我院心血管外科住院擬行心臟瓣膜手術(shù)的心臟瓣膜病患者58例,根據(jù)心電圖或動態(tài)心電圖及病史確定患者有無持續(xù)性房顫,將患者分為房顫組和竇性心律組。房顫組29例,男14例、女15例,年齡(57±8)歲;竇性心律組29例,男20例、女9例,年齡(54±10)歲。應(yīng)用心臟彩色超聲檢測左心房內(nèi)徑和射血分?jǐn)?shù),酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測定血清中apelin、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,免疫透射比濁法檢測超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。結(jié)果與竇性心律組比較,房顫組血清Apelin[(201.94±71.96)pg/ml vs.(286.72±129.33)pg/ml]和射血分?jǐn)?shù)(54.52%±3.94%vs.56.41%±2.85%)顯著降低,hs-CRP[(5.58±12.90)mg/L vs.(1.89±3.55)mg/L]、IL-6[(2.59±0.64)pg/ml vs.(2.26±0.55)pg/ml]和左心房內(nèi)徑[(57.10±11.69)mm vs.(43.07±5.31 mm)]顯著升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。相關(guān)分析顯示:血清Apelin水平與超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白、左心房內(nèi)徑呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.308,P=0.019;r=-0.313,P=0.017),Apelin與射血分?jǐn)?shù)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.265,P=0.044)。結(jié)論房顫患者血清Apelin水平顯著降低,炎癥因子水平顯著上升,Apelin可能與房顫、炎癥密切相關(guān),Apelin可能通過調(diào)節(jié)炎癥反應(yīng)從而參與房顫的發(fā)生與維持。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between serum Apelin level and inflammation in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). Methods from October to December 2014, 58 patients with valvular heart disease who were hospitalized in our hospital from October to December 2014 were selected. According to electrocardiogram (ECG), dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) and history of disease, the patients had persistent atrial fibrillation (AF). Patients were divided into atrial fibrillation group and sinus rhythm group. There were 29 patients with atrial fibrillation, 14 males and 15 females, aged 57 鹵8 years, and 29 patients with sinus rhythm, 20 males and 9 females, aged 54 鹵10 years.
