不同激動劑引起大鼠肺動脈主干與三級分支收縮反應(yīng)的比較

【摘要】:為觀察苯腎上腺素(phenylephrine,Phen)、內(nèi)皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)和KCl引起大鼠肺動脈主干與三級分支間收縮反應(yīng)的差異,本文分別用傳統(tǒng)的大血管張力檢測技術(shù)和DMT微血管張力檢測技術(shù),記錄KCl、Phen和ET-1引起的去內(nèi)皮肺動脈主干和三級分支血管張力變化。結(jié)果顯示:Phen可引起肺動脈主干顯著收縮,但是不引起肺動脈三級分支的明顯收縮;與肺動脈主干相比,ET-1導(dǎo)致肺動脈三級分支的收縮反應(yīng)減弱,反應(yīng)的最大值和親和力指數(shù)(pD_2)值均降低;與肺動脈主干相比,KCl引起肺動脈三級分支的收縮反應(yīng)增強。上述結(jié)果說明,肺動脈主干和肺動脈三級分支的血管反應(yīng)性存在差異,進行肺小動脈血管功能研究具有重要意義。本實驗可為進一步研究肺動脈小分支的血管功能及其在肺高壓中的改變提供重要實驗依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to observe the difference between phenylephrine pheno, endothelin-1 endothelin-1 ET-1 (et 1) and KCl induced contractile response between the main and tertiary branches of pulmonary artery in rats, the traditional technique of macrovascular tension and the technique of microvascular tension of DMT were used in this study. The changes of arterial tension induced by KCl-Phen and ET-1 in the main and tertiary branches of the deendothelified pulmonary artery were recorded. The results showed that: 1 Phen induced significant contraction of pulmonary artery trunk, but did not cause significant contraction of third grade pulmonary artery branch, compared with pulmonary artery trunk, ET-1 induced a weaker contractile response of third grade pulmonary artery branch. The maximum response and affinity index (pD2) decreased, and KCl increased the contractile response of the tertiary branches of the pulmonary artery compared with the pulmonary trunk. These results suggest that there are differences in vascular reactivity between the main pulmonary artery and the tertiary branches of the pulmonary artery, and it is of great significance to study the vascular function of the pulmonary arterioles. This study may provide an important experimental basis for the further study of the vascular function of pulmonary artery branches and its changes in pulmonary hypertension.
