【摘要】：目的:初步評價(jià)Carelink遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在臨床醫(yī)生中的易用性。方法:前瞻性入選2012-01至2013-10在全國12家醫(yī)院已經(jīng)植入具有Carelink遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測功能的心血管植入型電子器械(CIED)的患者215例,平均年齡(62.3±14.3)歲,其中男性108例,女性107例。共有54名臨床醫(yī)生填寫了調(diào)查問卷。為便于分析,根據(jù)患者隨訪調(diào)查CIED的不同,將患者和臨床醫(yī)生各分為植入起搏器(PM)組110例和30名、植入型心律轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)除顫器(ICD)組54例和10名、心臟再同步化治療(CRT)組51例和14名。患者需在入選后3個(gè)月時(shí)進(jìn)行1次院內(nèi)常規(guī)隨訪,記錄臨床醫(yī)生隨訪患者使用時(shí)間。此外,患者還需應(yīng)用Carelink遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測儀在入選后3、6個(gè)月時(shí)傳輸CIED信息完成Carelink遠(yuǎn)程隨訪。在3個(gè)月Carelink遠(yuǎn)程隨訪時(shí)收集醫(yī)生數(shù)據(jù)查看時(shí)間,在6個(gè)月隨訪時(shí)針對Carelink遠(yuǎn)程隨訪系統(tǒng)的使用情況對臨床醫(yī)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果:54名臨床醫(yī)生均認(rèn)為Carelink遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)操作簡單,容易使用。有147例患者完成了3個(gè)月院內(nèi)常規(guī)隨訪,臨床醫(yī)生院內(nèi)常規(guī)隨訪平均時(shí)間為(14.8±8.4)min;150例患者完成了3個(gè)月Carelink遠(yuǎn)程隨訪,Carelink遠(yuǎn)程隨訪平均時(shí)間為(8.2±4.6)min,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.0001)。結(jié)論:對于臨床醫(yī)生而言,Carelink遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)使用容易,操作簡單,滿意程度高,可以節(jié)約隨訪時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the ease of use of Carelink remote monitoring system in clinicians. Methods: 215 patients (mean age: 62.3 鹵14.3) who had been implanted with cardiovascular implantable electronic instruments with Carelink remote monitoring function were enrolled in 12 hospitals in China from January 2012 to October 2013. 108 cases were males and 107 cases were females. A total of 54 clinicians completed the questionnaire. To facilitate the analysis, patients and clinicians were divided into three groups according to the difference of follow-up investigation, including 110 cases and 30 cases in pacemaker implantation group, 54 cases and 10 cases in implanted cardioverter defibrillator group, 51 cases and 14 cases in cardiac resynchronization therapy group respectively. The patients were followed up 3 months after admission, and the duration of follow-up was recorded. In addition, Carelink remote monitor should be used to transmit CIED information at 3 and 6 months after inclusion to complete Carelink long-range follow-up. During the three-month long follow-up of Carelink, we collected the doctor's data and surveyed the clinicians about the use of the Carelink remote follow-up system during the 6-month follow-up. Results all 54 clinicians thought that Carelink remote monitoring system was simple and easy to use. One hundred and forty-seven patients were followed up in hospital for 3 months, and the average follow-up time in hospital was 14.8 鹵8.4 min. The average follow-up time of Carelink was 8.2 鹵4.6 minutes. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.0001). Conclusion: for clinicians, the remote monitoring system of Carelink is easy to use, easy to operate, high degree of satisfaction, and can save follow-up time.
