【摘要】：目的:了解我國(guó)35歲及以上人群二尖瓣反流(MR)的檢出情況及其影響因素,為高危人群的預(yù)防提供參考。方法:采用分層多階段抽樣的方法抽取35歲及以上的成年人作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷及體格檢查收集調(diào)查人群的一般情況、生活方式、疾病史、身高、體重等信息,并進(jìn)行彩色多普勒超聲心動(dòng)圖檢查以及空腹血糖和血脂的測(cè)定。結(jié)果:納入分析對(duì)象共28 814人,MR總體檢出率為18.4%,其中男性和女性MR檢出率均為18.4%。中重度MR檢出率:35~50歲年齡組為0.3%,51~64歲年齡組為0.9%,≥65歲年齡組為2.2%。隨年齡升高,MR檢出率有升高的趨勢(shì)。多因素Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)年齡、收縮壓、城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)、左心房前后徑、左心室舒張末期前后徑、左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)、卒中病史、心房顫動(dòng)病史、心力衰竭病史是MR的影響因素。結(jié)論:我國(guó)人群MR檢出率較高,年齡、收縮壓、城鄉(xiāng)、地區(qū)、左心房前后徑、左心室舒張末期前后徑、左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)、卒中病史、心房顫動(dòng)病史、心力衰竭病史是MR的主要影響因素,針對(duì)具有上述危險(xiǎn)因素的人群應(yīng)采取針對(duì)性的預(yù)防措施。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the detection of mitral regurgitation MRs and its influencing factors in 35 years old and over population in China, and to provide reference for the prevention of mitral regurgitation in high risk population. Methods: using stratified multi-stage sampling method, the adults aged 35 and above were selected as the subjects, and the general situation, life style, disease history, height, weight and so on were collected by questionnaire and physical examination. Color Doppler echocardiography and fasting blood glucose and blood lipids were measured. Results: the total detectable rate of Mr was 18.4% in 28 814 subjects, of which both male and female were 18.4%.
