【摘要】：目的評估Carto3三維電生理標(biāo)測系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)引下施行陣發(fā)性室上性心動過速(PSVT)射頻消融(RFA)術(shù)的可行性、有效性及安全性。方法回顧性收集2015年3月至2016年2月接受Carto3三維電生理標(biāo)測系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)引下RFA治療的28例PSVT患者(Carto組),2014年3月至2015年2月接受X線導(dǎo)引下RFA治療的36例PSVT患者(X線對照組),對比兩組術(shù)中X線輻射時間、手術(shù)成功率、手術(shù)時間、并發(fā)癥及復(fù)發(fā)率等差異。結(jié)果 Carto組術(shù)中X線輻射時間(2.6±2.3)min,顯著低于X線組(15.8±9.5)min(P0.001),其中8例房室結(jié)折返性心動過速(AVNRT)患者零X線輻射。Carto組、X線組手術(shù)功率分別為28/28(100%)、35/36(94.4%)(P0.05),手術(shù)時間分別為(162.7±34.4)min、(149.4±46.2)min(P0.05)。Carto組無并發(fā)癥發(fā)生,X線組1例AVNRT患者消融中出現(xiàn)一過性Ⅱ°房室傳導(dǎo)阻滯。隨訪6個月,兩組均無復(fù)發(fā)患者。結(jié)論 Carto3三維電生理標(biāo)測系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)引下PSVT RFA安全有效,顯著降低X線輻射時間,部分AVNRT患者可實現(xiàn)零X線輻射,不增加手術(shù)時間及手術(shù)風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the feasibility, efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia guided by Carto3 three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system. Methods from March 2015 to February 2016, 28 patients with RFA treated with RFA guided by Carto3 three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system and 36 patients with PSVT treated by X-ray guided RFA from March 2014 to February 2015 were collected retrospectively. X ray radiation time was compared between the two groups. The success rate, operative time, complication and recurrence rate were different. Results the operating time of X-ray radiation in Carto group was 2.6 鹵2.3 minutes, which was significantly lower than that in X-ray group (15.8 鹵9.5 min, P 0.001). In 8 patients with AVNRT, the power of operation was 28 / 28100 / 35 / 36 / 94.4V, respectively. The operative time was 162.7 鹵34.4min and 149.4 鹵149.4 鹵46.2)min(P0.05).Carto, respectively, without complications in the patients with AV node reentrant tachycardia (AVNRTT).
