【摘要】：目的在社區(qū)老年人群中,探討血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)水平與高血壓的關(guān)系。方法在2009年9月~2010年6月期間,使用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法對(duì)北京市萬壽路地區(qū)60歲及以上的老年人進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查。結(jié)果本研究的分析樣本為2 074例老年人(男性839例,女性1 235例)。在老年女性的研究對(duì)象中,血尿酸水平的增加使高血壓的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加(OR=1.004,95%CI:1.002~1.006,P0.001);以血尿酸四分位數(shù)最低組作為參照組,隨著血尿酸水平增加,高血壓的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加(血尿酸水平Q2(OR=1.263,95%CI:0.902~1.773,P=0.187),血尿酸水平Q3(OR=2.008,95%CI:1.412~2.872,P0.001)和血尿酸水平Q4(OR=2.015,95%CI:1.403~2.922,P0.001));患有高尿酸血癥者,罹患高血壓的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于非高尿酸血癥者(OR=1.563,95%CI:1.082~2.253,P=0.018)。在男性中,僅血尿酸水平使高血壓的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加(OR=1.002,95%CI:1.000~1.004,P=0.036)。結(jié)論血尿酸水平與高血壓有相關(guān)性,特別是在老年女性當(dāng)中。臨床醫(yī)生應(yīng)特別關(guān)注老年女性的血尿酸水平,維持正常的血尿酸水平可能對(duì)高血壓的預(yù)防和控制具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum uric acididine (SUAA) level and hypertension in elderly people in community.Methods from September 2009 to June 2010, cluster random sampling was used to investigate the elderly aged 60 and above in Wanshou Road area of Beijing.Results in this study, 2 074 elderly patients (839 males and 1 235 females) were analyzed.In the elderly women, the increased level of uric acid increased the risk of hypertension. The risk of hypertension was increased with the increase of serum uric acid levels, with the lowest quartile of uric acid as the reference group.In men, the level of serum uric acid only increased the risk of hypertension.Conclusion Serum uric acid level is associated with hypertension, especially in elderly women.Clinicians should pay special attention to the level of serum uric acid in elderly women. Maintaining a normal level of uric acid may play an important role in the prevention and control of hypertension.
