【摘要】：目的 分析頭頸部淋巴結(jié)外Rosai-Dorfman病(RDD)的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)。方法 回顧性分析7例經(jīng)病理證實的頭頸部淋巴結(jié)外RDD的影像學(xué)資料。結(jié)果 7例患者中,發(fā)生于眼眶3例,顱內(nèi)2例,顱外1例,鼻腔1例。7例中除1例眼眶RDD伴頸部淋巴結(jié)腫大外,余6例均為單純淋巴結(jié)外病變。3例眼眶病變表現(xiàn)為眼眶浸潤性腫塊,伴或不伴鄰近骨質(zhì)破壞;2例顱內(nèi)病變發(fā)生于硬腦膜,T2WI呈明顯低信號;1例顱外病變表現(xiàn)為帽狀腱膜下軟組織腫塊,侵襲顱骨向顱內(nèi)生長;1例鼻腔病變患者表現(xiàn)為鼻腔均質(zhì)腫塊。結(jié)論 頭頸部淋巴結(jié)外RDD在不同部位可有不同的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn),不具特征性。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)顱內(nèi)硬腦膜腫塊、T2WI呈明顯低信號、眼眶浸潤性腫塊以及鼻腔內(nèi)占位時應(yīng)考慮到RDD的可能。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the imaging findings of Rosai-Dorfman 's disease outside the lymph nodes of head and neck.Methods the imaging data of 7 cases with pathologically proved RDD of the head and neck lymph nodes were retrospectively analyzed.Results among 7 cases, 3 cases occurred in orbit, 2 cases in intracranial, 1 case in extracranial cavity, and 7 cases in nasal cavity, except 1 case of orbital RDD with cervical lymph node enlargement.The other 6 cases were simple extralymph node lesions. 3 cases of orbital lesions showed orbital infiltrating masses.Two cases of intracranial lesions with or without adjacent bony destruction occurred on T2WI of dura mater. One case showed a soft tissue mass under capsid aponeurosis, and one case showed a homogeneous mass of nasal cavity.Conclusion RDD has different imaging features in different parts of head and neck lymph nodes, and it is not characteristic.The possibility of RDD should be taken into account when the intracranial dural masses were found to be hypointensity on T _ 2WI, orbital infiltrating masses and nasal space occupying.
