【摘要】：正根據(jù)國家心血管病中心發(fā)布的《中國心血管病報告2015》顯示,目前心血管病死亡仍占城鄉(xiāng)居民總死亡原因的首位,農(nóng)村為44.6%,城市為42.51%,并且今后10年心血管病患病人數(shù)仍將快速增長。而糖尿病是動脈粥樣硬化性血管病的獨立危險因素之一,糖代謝異常與心血管疾病之間有著緊密聯(lián)系[1]。近年來發(fā)現(xiàn)血液循環(huán)中存在著miRNAs,且不同疾病中血液中miRNAs的表達不同,因而根據(jù)血液中miRNAs的不同
[Abstract]:According to the "China Cardiovascular Disease report 2015" released by the National Cardiovascular Disease Center, at present cardiovascular disease deaths still occupy the first place among the total causes of death among urban and rural residents. 44.6 in rural areas, 42.51 in urban areas, and the number of cardiovascular diseases will continue to grow rapidly in the next 10 years. Diabetes is an independent risk factor for atherosclerotic vascular disease. There is a close relationship between abnormal glucose metabolism and cardiovascular disease [1] .In recent years, it has been found that miRNAs1 exists in blood circulation, and the expression of miRNAs in blood varies from disease to disease, thus according to the difference of miRNAs in blood.
