【摘要】：目的探討朝鮮族和漢族女性的正常范圍內(nèi)谷氨酰基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(GGT)與高血壓的相關(guān)性。方法選取2011年5月-2012年2月參加健康體檢的20歲以上成年女性3341名,測(cè)定身高、體重、血壓、血脂、血糖、肝功等指標(biāo),分析GGT與各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性及不同GGT水平的高血壓的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)果朝鮮族和漢族女性GGT水平與BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG、FPG、UA均呈正相關(guān),朝鮮族和漢族女性未調(diào)整時(shí)GGT上四分位組高血壓患病危險(xiǎn)分別是下四分位組的2.844倍(95%CI:2.006～4.033)和4.992倍(95%CI:3.280～7.599),調(diào)整年齡、BMI、TC、TG、FPG、UA和GFR等因素后上四分位組高血壓患病危險(xiǎn)是下四分位組的1.811倍(95%CI:1.230～2.666)和2.115倍(95%CI:1.301～3.440);并且不同模型中朝鮮族和漢族女性均隨著GGT水平的增加,患高血壓的危險(xiǎn)增加。結(jié)論正常范圍內(nèi)GGT水平的升高可以預(yù)測(cè)高血壓的發(fā)生,并且對(duì)于漢族女性的預(yù)測(cè)作用強(qiáng)于朝鮮族。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between GGTs and hypertension in normal range of Korean and Han women. Methods 3341 adult women over 20 years old who took part in health examination from May 2011 to February 2012 were selected and their height, weight and blood pressure were measured. Blood lipids, blood glucose, liver function, and so on. The correlation between GGT and the indexes and the risk of hypertension with different GGT levels were analyzed. The risk of hypertension in the upper quartile GGT group was 2.844 times higher than that in the lower quartile group when the Korean and Han nationality women were not adjusted. The risk of hypertension in the upper quartile group was lower than that in the lower quartile group, respectively. The risk of hypertension in the upper quartile group was lower than that in the lower quartile group after adjusting for the factors such as CI: 3.280 and 7.5990.After adjusting for age, the risk of hypertension in the upper quartile group was lower than that in the lower quartile group. And 2.115 times as much as 95: 1.301 and 3.440; and all the Korean and Han women in different models increased with the level of GGT. Conclusion the increase of GGT level in normal range can predict the occurrence of hypertension, and the predictive effect on Han women is stronger than that of Korean nationality.
