【摘要】：正1病例介紹患者,男性,45歲,農(nóng)民。以"反復(fù)胸悶、氣促半年,再發(fā)1月"為主訴入院。半年前活動(dòng)時(shí)出現(xiàn)胸悶,位于心前區(qū),范圍約巴掌大小,伴氣促,夜間需高枕臥位,下肢無浮腫,無發(fā)熱、盜汗,就診于當(dāng)?shù)厥屑夅t(yī)院,診斷"心包積液"并行心包積液穿刺,約抽出2 000mL液體(具體檢查報(bào)告不詳)好轉(zhuǎn)后出院,出院后無再服藥。1月來胸悶、氣促再發(fā)并逐漸加重,
[Abstract]:A case was introduced, male 45 years old, farmer.To "repeated chest tightness, shortness of breath for half a year, another January" as the main complaint admission.Chest tightness occurred during activities half a year ago, located in the precardiac area, with a range of about palm-size, accompanied by shortness of breath, with a high pillow position at night, no swelling of the lower limbs, no fever, night sweating, and a visit to the local municipal hospital to diagnose "pericardial effusion" and puncture of pericardial effusion.About 2 000mL fluid (no specific examination report) was withdrawn and discharged from the hospital.
