【摘要】：目的探討老年阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAS)與左心室舒張功能的關(guān)系及可能的潛在機(jī)制。方法納入OSAS患者及對(duì)照組各313例,采用心臟超聲檢測(cè)E/A比值、等容舒張時(shí)間(IVRT)及E峰減速時(shí)間(EDT)以反映左室舒張功能,采用免疫酶聯(lián)吸附方法檢測(cè)血清白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-33和可溶性ST2(s ST2)含量并分析上述左室舒張功能指標(biāo)與這些含量的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 OSAS患者E/A比值、IVRT明顯小于對(duì)照組,但無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);EDT明顯短于對(duì)照組(P0.05);血清IL-33與對(duì)照組無差異(P0.05),但s ST2明顯升高(P0.05)。s ST2與E/A比值、IVRT及EDT均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論 OSAS人群存在左心功能不全,可能與缺氧導(dǎo)致的s ST2升高、抑制IL-33活性有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) and left ventricular diastolic function and its potential mechanism. Isovolumic diastolic time (IVRTT) and E-peak deceleration time (EDTT) were used to reflect left ventricular diastolic function. The serum levels of interleukin-loride-33 and soluble ST2(s ST2 were measured by immunosorbent assay, and the relationship between the above indexes of left ventricular diastolic function and these contents was analyzed. Results the E / A ratio of patients with OSAS was significantly lower than that of the control group. However, there was no significant difference in P0.05EDT between the control group and the control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in serum IL-33 between the control group and the control group (P 0.05), but s ST2 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The ratio of ST2 to E / A was positively correlated with EDT (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Conclusion there is left ventricular dysfunction in the OSAS population. It may be related to the increase of s ST2 induced by hypoxia and the inhibition of IL-33 activity.
