【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)益心舒膠囊對(duì)經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈介入(PCI)術(shù)后患者的焦慮、抑郁情緒和生活質(zhì)量改善的有效性和安全性。方法采用Zung焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)篩選出59例并發(fā)焦慮、抑郁情緒的患者,按照2∶1的比例隨機(jī)分為治療組(40例)和對(duì)照組(19例),2組均常規(guī)給以冠心病二級(jí)預(yù)防治療,治療組加用益心舒膠囊;分別在入院、第1月、第2月、第3月進(jìn)行HRSD、HAMA、SF-36評(píng)分。結(jié)果 2組焦慮、抑郁情緒均有明顯改善,與治療前比,HRSD、HAMA評(píng)分P0.05~0.01,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05~0.01);治療組SF-36的生理功能、生理職能、軀體疼痛和一般健康的評(píng)分與治療前比,P0.05~0.01,對(duì)照組生理功能、軀體疼痛、一般健康與治療前比較,P0.05~0.01,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05~0.01)。結(jié)論益心舒膠囊可緩解PCI術(shù)后患者焦慮、抑郁情緒,改善其生活質(zhì)量,無嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yixinshu capsule in improving anxiety, depression and quality of life (QOL) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 19) according to the ratio of 2: 1. The patients in the treatment group were treated with secondary prophylaxis of coronary heart disease and the treatment group were treated with Yixinshu capsule, respectively, on admission, January, February, respectively. Results the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly improved in both groups, and compared with those before treatment, the scores of Hama in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P 0.05 鹵0.01), and the physiological function and function of SF-36 in the treatment group were better than that in the control group. The scores of somatic pain and general health were higher than that of P0.05P0.01before treatment, the physiological function, somatic pain and general health of the control group were better than that of the control group (P0.05P0.05P0.011.Conclusion Yixinshu capsule can relieve anxiety and depression in patients after PCI. Improve their quality of life, no serious adverse reactions.
