【摘要】：目的:探討γ-谷氨酰基轉(zhuǎn)移酶對(duì)早發(fā)冠心病的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值及與冠狀動(dòng)脈病變程度的相關(guān)性分析。方法:選取2015年1月至2016年4月在山西醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院心導(dǎo)管室行冠狀動(dòng)脈造影檢查的866例患者的基本資料和血生化指標(biāo)水平進(jìn)行回顧性分析,按照冠狀動(dòng)脈造影的結(jié)果分成冠心病組和非冠心病組,再根據(jù)年齡將冠心病組分成早發(fā)冠心病組(男55歲,女65歲)與晚發(fā)冠心病組(男≥55歲,女≥65歲),并對(duì)冠心病組的冠狀動(dòng)脈結(jié)果進(jìn)行Gensini評(píng)分及危險(xiǎn)因素相比較。所有統(tǒng)計(jì)分析采用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析處理,兩組間比較采用t檢驗(yàn),多組間比較采用方差分析。結(jié)果:(1)早發(fā)冠心病組傳統(tǒng)危險(xiǎn)因素較晚發(fā)冠心病組少(P0.05);(2)早發(fā)冠心病組吸煙[50.6%(147/290)比38.1%(165/434),P0.05]和冠心病家族史[30.0%(87/290)比19.8%(86/434),P0.05]比率較高,高血壓[59.3%(173/290)比73.5%(319/434),P0.05)]比率較低;(3)早發(fā)冠心病組GGT水平相對(duì)較晚發(fā)冠心病組高(37.2±8.0 U/L比18.1±1.44 U/L,P0.05);(4)早發(fā)冠心病組中病變累及單支冠狀動(dòng)脈的患者比例較晚發(fā)冠心病組多(P0.05);(5)早發(fā)冠心病組Gensini評(píng)分較晚發(fā)冠心病組相較高(1.63±1.16比1.51±1.14),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:早發(fā)冠心病危險(xiǎn)因素少,血清GGT水平升高可能是早發(fā)冠心病的獨(dú)立的危險(xiǎn)因素,為臨床進(jìn)一步研究提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the predictive value of 緯 -glutamyltransferase in early onset coronary heart disease and the correlation between 緯 -glutamyl transferase and coronary artery disease. Methods: from January 2015 to April 2016, we selected cardiac guide in the first affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. The basic data and serum biochemical indexes of 866 patients underwent coronary angiography were analyzed retrospectively.
