【摘要】：目的探討影響我國老年人高血壓管理情況的社會因素。方法采用中國健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查2013年的隨訪數(shù)據(jù),在去除基本信息、醫(yī)療保險、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、社交活動等缺失項后,本研究最終納入了60歲及以上受訪者6 904例。建立非條件Logistic回歸模型,分析60歲及以上老年人的醫(yī)療保障、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)及社會交往等對高血壓管理情況的影響。結(jié)果在6 904例受訪者中,高血壓患病率為46.60%(3 217/6 904),高血壓的患病知曉率為69.38%(2 232/3 217),治療率為61.58%(1 981/3 217),知曉者的治療率為88.75%(1 981/2 232)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡、性別、醫(yī)療保險類型、醫(yī)保地與居住地是否相同、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、社會交往活動、過去兩年體檢情況及所在地區(qū)是老年人高血壓患病知曉的影響因素(P0.05);年齡、性別、醫(yī)療保險類型、醫(yī)保地與居住地是否相同、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)及所在地區(qū)是老年人高血壓治療的影響因素(P0.05);性別、醫(yī)療保險類型及所在地區(qū)是老年人高血壓知曉者治療的影響因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論醫(yī)療保障、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、社會交往活動方面因素均會對老年人的高血壓管理情況產(chǎn)生影響。作為基本公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)項目之一的高血壓管理應(yīng)調(diào)動家庭、社區(qū)在老年人高血壓管理中的積極作用,通過整合社會、心理、生理方面的疾病干預(yù)和健康管理措施,改善老年人高血壓的管理效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influence of social factors on hypertension management of the elderly in China. Methods the follow-up data of Chinese health and pension survey in 2013, in the removal of basic information, medical insurance, family structure, social activities such as missing after the end of this study included 60 years of age and older respondents in 6904 cases. Non conditional Logistic regression model and analysis of the elderly aged 60 and above medical security, family structure and social impact on the management of hypertension cases. Results in 6904 cases of respondents, the prevalence rate of hypertension was 46.60% (3 217/6 904), the prevalence of hypertension awareness rate was 69.38% (2 232/3 217), the treatment rate was 61.58% (1 981/3 217), who know the treatment rate was 88.75% (1 981/2 232).Logistic regression analysis showed that age, gender, type of medical insurance, medical insurance and residence are the same, family structure, social activities, too Go two years examination and location are the factors influencing elderly hypertension awareness (P0.05); age, gender, type of medical insurance, medical insurance and residence are the same, family structure and location are the influence factors of treatment of hypertension in the elderly (P0.05); gender, health insurance type and area of hypertension in the elderly know the factors influencing the treatment (P0.05). Conclusion medical security, family structure, factors of social activities will affect the management of hypertension in the elderly. As one of the hypertension management of basic public health services should mobilize the positive role in the family, the community management of hypertension in the elderly, through the integration of social psychology. The physiological aspects of disease, intervention and health management measures, improve the management of hypertension in the elderly.
