【摘要】：目的:探討老年非糖尿病原發(fā)性高血壓患者尿微量白蛋白(MAU)與頸動脈硬化的相關(guān)性。方法:選取老年非糖尿病原發(fā)性高血壓患者142例,根據(jù)24h尿MAU量分為正常組78例(MAU30 mg/24h)和MAU組64例(MAU 30~300mg/24h)。比較兩組患者頸動脈內(nèi)膜中層厚度(CIMT)、CIMT增厚率以及頸動脈斑塊發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:BMI、總膽固醇(CHOL)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)在MAU組中均高于正常組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);CIMT、CIMT增厚率以及頸動脈斑塊發(fā)生率在MAU組均高于正常組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);MAU量與HbA1c(r=0.205,P=0.014)和CIMT值(r=0.294,P=0.000)呈正相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:老年非糖尿病高血壓患者M(jìn)AU與頸動脈硬化相關(guān),可能是頸動脈硬化的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between urinary microalbuminuria (MAU) and carotid arteriosclerosis in elderly patients with non-diabetic essential hypertension. Methods: 142 elderly patients with non-diabetic essential hypertension were selected. According to 24-hour urinary MAU volume, 78 cases of normal group and 64 cases of MAU group were divided into normal group (n = 78) and MAU group (n = 64). The thickening rate of carotid intima-media thickness and the incidence of carotid plaque were compared between the two groups. LDL-Con, HbA1c) in MAU group were higher than those in normal group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The thickening rate of CIMT and the incidence of carotid plaque in MAU group were higher than those in normal group. There was a positive correlation between MAU and carotid arteriosclerosis in elderly patients with non-diabetic hypertension (P < 0.05), and there was a positive correlation between MAU and HbA1cU (P < 0.014) and CIMT value (P = 0.294). Conclusion: MAU may be a risk factor for carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with non-diabetic hypertension.
