【摘要】：目的探討人參煎劑對(duì)阿霉素致心衰患者bax、bcl-2蛋白表達(dá)及心功能的影響。方法選取阿霉素致心衰患者100例,隨機(jī)分為心衰組和人參煎劑組各50例,另取體檢健康對(duì)照組50例。兩組心衰患者在相應(yīng)西藥對(duì)癥治療的基礎(chǔ)上,人參煎劑組以5~10 g人參按照常規(guī)制成人參水煎劑,每日1劑,早晚各50 mL,治療1個(gè)月為1個(gè)療程,共治療2個(gè)療程。治療結(jié)束后,采用Western blotting法檢測(cè)三組血清bax、bcl-2蛋白表達(dá),采用無(wú)創(chuàng)血流動(dòng)力學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)左心室收縮壓(LVSP)、左心室舒張末期壓(LVEDP)、左心室內(nèi)壓最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)、左心室內(nèi)壓最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax),采用彩色多普勒超聲診斷儀檢測(cè)左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVEDD)、左心室收縮末期內(nèi)徑(LVESD)、左室短軸縮短率(LVFS)、左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)。結(jié)果心衰組與健康對(duì)照組比較血清bax、bcl-2蛋白表達(dá)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P均0.05)。與心衰組比較,人參煎劑組血清bax、蛋白表達(dá)降低,bcl-2蛋白表達(dá)升高,血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax以及心功能指標(biāo)LVEDD、LVESD、LVFS、LVEF均明顯改善(P均0.05)。結(jié)論人參煎劑能夠明顯改善阿霉素致心衰患者的心臟功能,其機(jī)制可能與影響患者血清bax、bcl-2蛋白表達(dá)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ginseng decoction on the expression of baxon-2 protein and cardiac function in patients with heart failure induced by doxorubicin. Methods 100 patients with heart failure induced by adriamycin were randomly divided into two groups: 50 patients in the heart failure group and 50 in the ginseng decoction group. On the basis of the corresponding western medicine for symptomatic treatment, the ginseng decoction group was made into ginseng water decoction with 5g 10 g ginseng, 1 dose daily, 50 mL in the morning and evening, for 1 month as a course of treatment. After two courses of treatment, Western blotting method was used to detect the expression of bcl-2 protein in serum of three groups. The left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSPN), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDPN), left ventricular maximum rate of pressure rise (DP / dtmax1), left ventricular pressure maximum rate of fall (-dp / dtmaxn) were detected by non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring system. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDDN), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular shortening rate (LVFSN), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVVEFN), and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVVEF). Results there were significant differences in the expression of bcl-2 protein between heart failure group and healthy control group (P < 0.05). In ginseng decoction group, the expression of baxand protein decreased, the expression of bcl-2 protein increased, the indexes of hemodynamics, such as LVEDP, dp / dtmax-dprdtmax and LVEDDD-LVESD-LVFSS-LVEF, improved the cardiac function of patients with heart failure induced by doxorubicin. The mechanism may be related to the influence of the expression of baxon2-2 protein in serum of patients.
