【摘要】：目的探討老年人體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)與代謝指標(biāo)及心腦血管疾病的關(guān)系。方法隨機(jī)整群抽樣法以任丘市60~70歲的常住居民5 010例為調(diào)查者,進(jìn)行面對(duì)面健康問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、人體測(cè)量、實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 5 010例調(diào)查者中,平均BMI為24.90 kg/m~2(22.30~27.20 kg/m~2),女性BMI、超重及肥胖、代謝綜合征的比例顯著高于男性,隨著年齡增長(zhǎng),BMI、超重及肥胖的比例逐漸下降(P0.01);隨著BMI的增加,腰圍、收縮壓、舒張壓、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、總膽固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、尿酸(UA)、穩(wěn)態(tài)模型胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)水平逐漸增高,而平均年齡、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)則逐漸降低(P0.01),代謝綜合征及其組分中的中心性肥胖、高血壓、糖尿病、高TG血癥、低HDL-C血癥患病率增加,高TC血癥及高LDL-C血癥、高UA血癥的患病率及抗血小板藥物使用率同樣隨著BMI的增高而增加,而吸煙的比例逐漸降低(P0.01)。結(jié)論隨著BMI的增加,老年人多種代謝指標(biāo)異常明顯增加,因此對(duì)老年超重及肥胖人群應(yīng)充分關(guān)注,加強(qiáng)健康教育,控制體重等心腦血管疾病危險(xiǎn)因素,以提高老年人生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between body mass index (BMI), metabolic index and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly. Methods A total of 5010 residents aged 60 to 70 years old in Renqiu City were investigated by random cluster sampling, and the results were investigated by face-to-face health questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Results the average BMI was 24.90 kg/m~2(22.30~27.20 路kg ~ (-2) 路m ~ (-2). The proportion of female BMIs, overweight and obesity, metabolic syndrome was significantly higher than that of male's. The proportion of overweight and obesity decreased gradually with the increase of age (P < 0.01), and with the increase of BMI, the rate of overweight and obesity decreased gradually. Waist circumference, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), fasting blood glucose (FBG) FPGN, triglyceride triglyceride (TGN), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), uric acid UAA (UAA), homeostasis model insulin resistance index (HOMA-IRI) increased gradually, but the average age was higher. High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) gradually decreased P0.01, central obesity, hypertension, diabetes, hypertriglyceridemia, increased prevalence of low HDL-C, hyperTC and hyper#en1# in metabolic syndrome and its components. The prevalence of hyperUA and the utilization rate of antiplatelet drugs also increased with the increase of BMI, while the proportion of smoking decreased gradually (P 0.01). Conclusion with the increase of BMI, the metabolic parameters of the elderly increased significantly. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the overweight and obese elderly people, strengthen health education, control the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as weight, so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
