【摘要】：目的:探討河南省農(nóng)村地區(qū)成年人身體脂肪率與高血壓的關(guān)系。方法:采用整群隨機抽樣的方法選擇河南農(nóng)村35~74歲成年人9 980人,問卷調(diào)查收集研究對象的人口學特征、生活習慣及高血壓家族史等信息,采用電子血壓計測量坐位上臂血壓,生物電阻抗法測量身體脂肪率。結(jié)果:河南農(nóng)村地區(qū)成年人群高血壓患病率(標化率)為33.99%(29.13%),其中男性為35.45%(31.96%),女性為33.19%(27.85%),男性高于女性(P=0.023)�？�?cè)巳荷眢w脂肪率中位數(shù)(P25~P75)為31.8%(26.6%~35.7%),男性為25.1%(21.8%~28.0%),女性為34.5%(31.7%~37.1%);女性大于男性(Z=71.700,P0.001)。按照身體脂肪率四分位數(shù)將研究對象分為4組:Q1組(P_(25))、Q2組(P_(25)~)、Q3組(P_(50)~)、Q4組(≥P_(75))。與Q1組相比,Q2、Q3、Q4組人群高血壓患病率均增加(P0.001)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,總?cè)巳褐猩眢w脂肪率與高血壓存在關(guān)聯(lián),Q2、Q3、Q4組調(diào)整后的OR(95%CI)分別為1.71(1.48~1.97)、2.69(2.25~3.22)和4.34(3.60~5.23)(P趨勢0.001)。男性和女性人群中兩者關(guān)聯(lián)性表現(xiàn)與總?cè)巳阂恢�。結(jié)論:河南農(nóng)村成年人群高血壓患病率較高,身體脂肪率增加與高血壓患病存在關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between body fat rate and hypertension among adults in rural areas of Henan Province. Methods: 9 980 adults aged 35 to 74 years old in rural areas of Henan province were selected by cluster random sampling. The demographic characteristics of the subjects were collected by questionnaire. Using electronic sphygmomanometer to measure the blood pressure of the upper arm in the sitting position and other information such as living habits and family history of hypertension. Results: the prevalence rate of hypertension (standardized rate) in the rural population of Henan province was 33.9999 / 29.13, with 35.4545 / 31.96 / kg for male, 33.197.85for female and 27.85for male / female, respectively. The median body fat rate of total population (P25P75) was higher than that of female (P < 0.05). The total body fat rate of the adult population in Henan Province was higher than that of the female population (P < 0.05), and that of the male population was higher than that of the female population (P < 0.05). 31.826.63.775. The subjects were divided into four groups according to the four-digit number of body fat. According to the four-digit number of body fat, the subjects of the study were divided into four groups, P0. 25: 1, P0. 25, 0. 8 for males, 28. 0 for males, 34. 5 for females and 37. 001 for females, respectively. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that compared with Q1, the prevalence of hypertension in Q2Q3Q4 groups increased P0. 001. Logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence of hypertension in the Q2Q3Q4 group was higher than that in the Q1 group, and the logistic regression analysis showed that the incidence rate of hypertension in the Q2Q3Q4 group was higher than that in the Q1 group. There was a correlation between body fat rate and hypertension in the total population. The ORQ95CIs of Q2Q3 Q4 adjusted group were 1.71 ~ 1.48 ~ 1.97 ~ 2.69 ~ 2.25 ~ 3.22) and 4.34 ~ 3.605.23 ~ (3) P trend respectively. The correlation between male and female population was consistent with the total population. Conclusion: the prevalence rate of hypertension is higher in rural population of Henan Province, the prevalence rate of hypertension is higher in rural population in Henan Province, and the prevalence rate of hypertension is higher in rural population in Henan Province. Increased body fat is associated with high blood pressure.
