【摘要】：目的:探討當(dāng)歸補血湯聯(lián)合卡維地洛治療心肌缺血的臨床療效及應(yīng)用價值。方法:選取120例冠心病心肌缺血患者,隨機(jī)分為2組,即對照組和觀察組,每組60例。對照組患者給予卡維地洛治療,觀察組采用當(dāng)歸補血湯聯(lián)合卡維地洛治療。比較兩組患者治療前后的總有效率和相關(guān)生理指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果:實驗結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),兩組患者在治療后均有好轉(zhuǎn),但觀察組的總有效率(85%)明顯高于對照組(71.7%);觀察組患者在心電圖ST段壓低次數(shù)、持續(xù)時間及心肌缺血總負(fù)荷下降比對照組明顯;在左室舒張功能上,對照組治療前后變化不明顯,觀察組下降明顯。結(jié)論:采用當(dāng)歸補血湯聯(lián)合卡維地洛治療心肌缺血效果優(yōu)于卡維地洛單用的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of Danggui Buxue decoction (Danggui Buxue decoction) combined with Carvedilol in the treatment of myocardial ischemia. Methods: 120 patients with myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. 60 patients in each group were treated with carvedilol in the control group, and those in the observation group were treated with Danggui Buxue decoction combined with carvedilol. The difference of the total effective rate and related physiological indexes between the two groups before and after treatment was compared. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.7%), the number of St segment depression, the duration and the total load of myocardial ischemia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the left ventricular diastolic function was lower in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Danggui Buxue decoction combined with carvedilol on myocardial ischemia is better than that of carvedilol alone.
