【摘要】：目的探討寧夏西吉縣回族老年人心腦血管疾病發(fā)病規(guī)律。方法通過從西吉縣醫(yī)院獲取的2009~2012年回族老年人心腦血管疾病的臨床資料,結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐乩憝h(huán)境因素對研究區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)整理,通過SPSS數(shù)據(jù)分析處理,制作Arc GIS專題圖。結(jié)果西吉縣回族老年人心腦血管疾病的發(fā)病率與當(dāng)?shù)氐钠骄鶞囟扔泻艽蟮年P(guān)系,每年三月、八月、十二月為西吉縣回族老年人心腦血管疾病發(fā)病高發(fā)季節(jié)。結(jié)論西吉縣回族老年人心腦血管疾病的發(fā)病情況與當(dāng)?shù)卦缕骄鶜鉁亍穸却嬖谙嚓P(guān)性。患病人數(shù)與平均氣溫之間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與濕度存在負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the regularity of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly of Hui nationality in Xiji County, Ningxia. Methods based on the clinical data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of the elderly in Xiji County from 2009 to 2012, the data of the study area were analyzed in combination with the local geographical environment factors. Through the analysis and processing of SPSS data, the Arc GIS thematic map was made. Results the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly of Hui nationality in Xiji County is closely related to the local average temperature. Every year, March, August, December is the high incidence season of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly of Hui nationality in Xiji County. Conclusion the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the elderly of Hui nationality in Xiji County and the local average temperature are significant. There was a positive correlation between the number of patients and the average temperature, and a negative correlation between the number of patients and the humidity.
