【摘要】：正患者,女,64歲,已婚,孕2產(chǎn)2,48歲絕經(jīng),既往無長期服藥史、慢性病史。2016年8月8日因絕經(jīng)后反復(fù)陰道不規(guī)則流血5月余入院。2016年3月初患者出現(xiàn)一過性陰道不規(guī)則流血,量少,色暗紅,持續(xù)3 d。此前無同房史,無發(fā)熱咳嗽、牙齦鼻腔出血、皮膚瘀斑瘀點等伴隨癥狀。3月25日當(dāng)?shù)貗D科門診就診,經(jīng)陰道
[Abstract]:Positive patient , female , 64 years old , married , pregnant 2 , 2 , 48 years old , no previous long - term medication history , chronic disease history . On August 8 , 2016 , the patient was admitted to hospital due to repeated vaginal irregular bleeding after menopause . The patient experienced transient vaginal irregular bleeding in the beginning of March 2016 , with symptoms of no fever , cough , gingival cavity hemorrhage , and blood stasis point of skin . On March 25 , the local women ' s outpatient clinic went to the clinic to go through the vagina .
