【摘要】：骨髓增生異常綜合征(myelodysplastic syndrome,MDS)是以骨髓無效造血并伴有向急性髓系白血病轉(zhuǎn)化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)為特點(diǎn)的一組造血系統(tǒng)腫瘤性疾病。腫瘤細(xì)胞的識(shí)別并清除,不僅需要腫瘤特異性T細(xì)胞的產(chǎn)生,還需要免疫細(xì)胞能夠在腫瘤微環(huán)境中增殖以增加免疫細(xì)胞的數(shù)量從而控制腫瘤細(xì)胞。腫瘤細(xì)胞免于T細(xì)胞的清除說明MDS腫瘤細(xì)胞周圍存在免疫抑制性微環(huán)境,其中,間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)促進(jìn)MDS免疫抑制性微環(huán)境的形成,若能克服MSC對(duì)T細(xì)胞的抑制,將能促進(jìn)免疫治療改善MDS的治療效果。筆者對(duì)近年來MSC(MDS-MSC)抑制T細(xì)胞在骨髓微環(huán)境中的增殖和效應(yīng)功能、促進(jìn)調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞分化的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行回顧。
[Abstract]:Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a group of hematopoietic diseases characterized by ineffective hematopoiesis with the risk of transformation to acute myeloid leukemia. The identification and clearance of tumor cells not only requires the production of tumor-specific T cells. It is also necessary for immune cells to proliferate in tumor microenvironments to increase the number of immune cells to control tumor cells. The removal of tumor cells from T cells suggests that there is an immunosuppressive microenvironment around MDS tumor cells. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) promote the formation of MDS immunosuppressive microenvironment. If MSC can overcome the suppression of T cells, In this paper, we review the recent advances in the inhibition of T cell proliferation and effect function in bone marrow microenvironment, and promote the regulation of T cell differentiation by promoting immunotherapy to improve the therapeutic effect of MDS.
