【摘要】：目的:觀察桃紅四物湯加味對(duì)心血瘀阻型穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效及安全性并做出客觀評(píng)價(jià),以便將來臨床上更準(zhǔn)確、安全、有效的使用桃紅四物湯。方法:篩選2014年6月至2015年12月在山東省中醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科門診和病房住院治療的符合心血瘀阻型穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者68例,將其隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組及試驗(yàn)組,每組各34例。兩組皆予行為干預(yù),對(duì)照組予常規(guī)西藥基礎(chǔ)治療,試驗(yàn)組則在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用桃紅四物湯加味。療程皆為4周,觀察并記錄治療前后彼此的臨床療效、心電圖的變化以及相關(guān)方面的實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:桃紅四物湯加味在治療穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的過程中,對(duì)于患者心絞痛嚴(yán)重程度的改善,心電圖ST-T的改善,硝酸甘油停減率等方面,治療組皆優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;在中醫(yī)癥狀方面,如胸痛、胸悶、心悸不寧、舌質(zhì)、舌苔、脈象等癥狀的緩解程度,治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:桃紅四物湯加味對(duì)治療心血瘀阻型穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的患者的臨床癥狀有較好療效,且非常安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Taohong Siwu decoction on stable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type and to make objective evaluation so as to be more accurate and safe in clinic in the future. Effective use of Taohong Siwu decoction. Methods: 68 patients with stable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type were selected from June 2014 to December 2015 in Department of Cardiology, Shandong Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine, and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. There were 34 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with behavioral intervention, the control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The clinical effects of each other before and after treatment were observed and recorded. Results: in the treatment of stable angina pectoris, the severity of angina pectoris, the improvement of electrocardiogram (ST-T), the reduction rate of nitroglycerin, etc. The treatment group is superior to the control group in terms of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, such as chest pain, chest tightness, restlessness of palpitations, tongue quality, tongue coating, pulse, etc. Conclusion: the modified Taohong Siwu decoction has a better effect on the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of heart blood stasis type and is very safe.
