心血管介入虛擬手術(shù)的力反饋研究

【摘要】:對(duì)自主研發(fā)的心血管介入虛擬手術(shù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了力反饋研究,為提高力反饋精度對(duì)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),對(duì)改進(jìn)后的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了位移檢測(cè)和力反饋標(biāo)定和精度檢測(cè)。對(duì)于位移檢測(cè),對(duì)檢測(cè)到移動(dòng)的像素?cái)?shù)與設(shè)定電機(jī)脈沖之間的比例系數(shù)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定,進(jìn)行了多種曲線輸入的驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn);對(duì)力反饋,分別進(jìn)行了恒定數(shù)值和變化數(shù)值輸入情況下的測(cè)量,對(duì)力反饋大小與電機(jī)位移距離的比例系數(shù)進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定,對(duì)變化數(shù)值輸入進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明本系統(tǒng)的位移檢測(cè)和力反饋和位移檢測(cè)均可靠精確,能對(duì)變化數(shù)值輸入做出響應(yīng),滿足心血管介入虛擬訓(xùn)練的要求。
[Abstract]:The force feedback research on the independently developed virtual surgery system for cardiovascular intervention was carried out, and the mechanical structure was improved to improve the precision of force feedback. Displacement detection, force feedback calibration and precision detection are carried out for the improved system. For displacement detection, the ratio coefficient between the number of detected moving pixels and the set motor pulse is calibrated. The verification experiments of various curve input are carried out. For the force feedback, the constant value and the variable value input are measured, and the proportional coefficient between the force feedback and the displacement distance of the motor is calibrated. The experimental results show that the displacement detection, force feedback and displacement detection of the system can be accurate and can respond to the variable value input and meet the requirements of cardiovascular intervention virtual training.
