第一部分 HLA-DRB1^*1101、DQB1^*0301等位基因與HCV感染自限清除關(guān)系的Meta分析 目的：用Meta分析的方法綜合評(píng)價(jià)HLA-DRB1^*1101和DQB1^*0301等位基因和HCV感染自限清除的關(guān)系，為進(jìn)一步研究提供依據(jù)。 方法：檢索1997-2004年全球公開(kāi)發(fā)表的有關(guān)HLA-DRB1^*1101、DQB1^*0301等位基因與HCV感染自限清除關(guān)系研究的文獻(xiàn)。采用固定效應(yīng)和隨機(jī)效應(yīng)模型進(jìn)行Meta分析，綜合比較HCV自限清除組和HCV持續(xù)感染組HLA-DRB1^*1101和DQB1^*0301等位基因的頻率分布差異，并探討人種差異和發(fā)表偏倚對(duì)關(guān)聯(lián)研究結(jié)果的影響。 結(jié)果：本研究共包含11個(gè)獨(dú)立研究，分為12個(gè)比較對(duì)。HLA-DRB1^*1101、DQB1
