研究背景和目的克羅恩�。–rohn’s disease,CD）是炎癥性腸�。╥nflammatory bowel disease,IBD）的一種主要臨床類(lèi)型。目前認(rèn)識(shí)到遺傳因素和環(huán)境因素,尤其是腸道微生物在其發(fā)病機(jī)制中起著重要作用,其中是否有某種還沒(méi)認(rèn)識(shí)到的特殊的微生物值得探索。有研究表明,CD病人的H.pylori感染發(fā)生率較低。一些研究發(fā)現(xiàn)在根除H.pylori感染后會(huì)快速出現(xiàn)CD的癥狀表現(xiàn)。這些研究提示H.pylori感染同CD發(fā)病之間有一種負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,H.plori是否在CD發(fā)病中起保護(hù)作用?其機(jī)制是什么?這都還不清楚,對(duì)此進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究確有意義。方法實(shí)驗(yàn)方案用約6周齡的雄性BALB/c小鼠作為實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,造模組僅第一天用2.5%2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（TNBS）灌腸處理。處理組在第一天用2.5%TNBS灌腸處理,第二、三、四天連續(xù)三天用500ul 1×109 CFU/ml的H.pylori菌液（NCTC11639菌液）灌腸處理一次。對(duì)于生理鹽水灌腸液對(duì)照組和單用H.pylori菌灌腸液對(duì)照組,則是在前四天連續(xù)每天分別用500ul 0...
