選擇性胰膽管造影是內鏡下逆行胰膽管造影術（endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP）的應用基礎,如何有效提高ERCP插管特別是困難性插管的成功率是目前醫(yī)學界關注的熱點。本文通過對ERCP困難插管的現(xiàn)有技術進行綜述,總結不同技術的應用條件。
