選擇性胰膽管造影是內(nèi)鏡下逆行胰膽管造影術(shù)（endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP）的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ),如何有效提高ERCP插管特別是困難性插管的成功率是目前醫(yī)學(xué)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)ERCP困難插管的現(xiàn)有技術(shù)進(jìn)行綜述,總結(jié)不同技術(shù)的應(yīng)用條件。
