前言目前全球有3.5億乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B virus,HBV）慢性攜帶者,每年約1百萬死于HBV感染所致的肝衰竭、肝硬化、原發(fā)性肝癌。中國屬HBV感染高流行國家,約有1.2億慢性HBV攜帶者和3000萬慢性乙型肝炎患者,這些慢性乙型肝炎患者很容易發(fā)展成肝硬化、肝癌。因此,慢性乙型肝炎是嚴重威脅人類健康的疾病之一,但是HBV的精確致病機制尚未完全闡明。盡管外科技術和各種輔助治療手段的完善,但是肝臟的功能衰竭和肝癌手術切除后的復發(fā)和轉移仍然是乙肝相關性肝病的主要死亡原因。因此,乙型肝炎病毒慢性感染導致的肝臟纖維化、肝硬化甚至肝細胞肝癌仍然是基礎和臨床研究的熱點。盡管在肝臟病毒感染后所致的肝臟纖維化在一定的條件下可以實現逆轉,但是目前的研究結果僅僅局限于動物模型中,尤其是在晚期肝硬化形成后,肝臟的病理改變已無法逆轉。眾所周知,人體多種組織器官中存在干細胞,這些細胞在器官損傷時是組織再生和修復。研究認為,組織器官中的干細胞與腫瘤細胞有著密切的關系且具有某些共同特征。最近的研究表明,組織器官中的成體干細胞可能是組織細胞發(fā)生惡性轉化的靶細胞。在發(fā)生組織損傷的器官中,慢性感染和組織...
