研究背景:隨著世界范圍內幽門螺桿菌（Helicobacterpylori,H.pylori）對抗生素的耐藥率逐年升高,根除失敗的案例屢見不鮮,亟需更為有效的個體化方案以提高補救治療根除率�？股孛舾行栽囼灒ˋntimicrobial susceptibility test,AST）和抗生素個人用藥史（Personal medication history,PMH）指導的方案均可有效用于H.pylori感染的補救治療,但基于兩種個體化治療策略的四聯(lián)方案孰優(yōu)孰劣仍未經(jīng)前瞻性隨機對照試驗證實。研究目的:本研究擬通過一項單中心、開放的前瞻性隨機對照試驗,比較抗生素敏感性試驗與抗生素個人用藥史指導的鉍劑四聯(lián)方案在H.pylori感染補救治療中的有效性及安全性。研究方法:于山東大學齊魯醫(yī)院門診前瞻性地招募H.pylori感染陽性,既往根除失敗1-2次需行補救治療的患者,按1:1的比例隨機分配進入AST組或PMH組給予14天鉍劑四聯(lián)方案治療。兩組用藥方案均包含雷貝拉唑（Rabeprazole,R）10 mg bid 及膠體果膠鉍（Colloidal bismuth pectin,B）200 mg b...
