目的:總結(jié)食管上段異位胃粘膜（Heterotopic gastric mucosa of Upper Esophagus,HGMUE）患者的臨床病理特點,分析其可能的危險因素。方法:回顧性收集2018年9月至2019年10月在新疆自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院完善無痛胃鏡的患者,有HGMUE患者納入為病例組（n=166）,胃鏡未提示異位胃粘膜的患者納入為對照組（n=169）,記錄病例組HGMUE內(nèi)鏡下表現(xiàn)及臨床特點,對胃鏡結(jié)果、病理資料以及一般情況進行統(tǒng)計學分析探討HGMUE相關危險因素。結(jié)果:本研究HGMUE檢出率為1.4%,78.3%患者僅有單個病變,16.9%患者有2個病變,4.8%患者報道了三個及以上的病變。病變大小以1-5 mm為多見,占病例組78.6%。HGMUE病灶位于食管后壁的比率達到了43.98%,占比最大。病例組23.5%（39/166）患者表現(xiàn)出不同食管及食管外癥狀。2例患者HGMUE病灶內(nèi)伴有腸上皮化生。病例組與對照組年齡、性別、吸煙史、PPI服用史及臨床癥狀等方面差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。單因素分析結(jié)果提示兩組之間飲酒（P=0.018）、合并Barrett食管（P=0.001）、合并...
