　　<正>炎癥性腸�。╥nflammatory bowel diseases,IBD）是一種慢性復(fù)發(fā)性的腸道炎癥疾病,包括克羅恩病（Crohn’s disease,CD）和潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎（ul-cerative colitis,UC）。UC通常局限于結(jié)腸,表現(xiàn)為彌漫性黏膜炎癥以及固有層和隱窩中性粒細(xì)胞浸潤^[1-2]。相比之下,CD可累及腸道任何部位,但典型的最先受累區(qū)域是小腸,特別是回腸末端和結(jié)腸^[1]。
