目的在前期證實(shí)菊粉能夠抑制酒精性肝病（alcoholic liver disease,ALD）炎癥的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究進(jìn)一步探討菊粉經(jīng)短鏈脂肪酸（Short-Chain Fatty Acids,SCFAs）和肝巨噬細(xì)胞（Mψ）亞型極化對(duì)ALD的相關(guān)抗炎作用機(jī)制。方法體內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn),將60只雌性C57BL/6J小鼠隨機(jī)分為4組:陰性對(duì)照組（PF/CON）,模型對(duì)照組（AF/CON）,菊粉對(duì)照組（PF/INU）和菊粉干預(yù)組（AF/INU）。每組小鼠飼喂含或不含酒精的改良型Lieber-DeCarli流質(zhì)飲食,干預(yù)6周后,收集糞便;水合氯醛麻醉小鼠,獲取肝臟組織。采用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜（GC-MS）方法檢測(cè)各組小鼠糞便中SCFAs的含量;免疫組化觀察小鼠肝臟中誘導(dǎo)型一氧化氮合酶（inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS）、精氨酸酶1（arginine-1,Arg-1）炎癥因子的含量;流式細(xì)胞術(shù)分析小鼠肝臟M1 Mψ、M2 Mψ及M1 Mψ中腫瘤壞死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α）、M2 Mψ中白介素10（Interleukin 10,I...
