抗壞血酸對(duì)幽門(mén)螺桿菌相關(guān)萎縮性胃炎小鼠的干預(yù)研究

目的背景幽門(mén)螺桿菌(Helicobacterpylori,H.pylori,Hp)是可在胃內(nèi)穩(wěn)定定植的一種致病菌,與多種胃腸道疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展有著重要的關(guān)系。萎縮性胃炎(atrophic gastritis,AG)是指胃粘膜層變薄,腺體破壞、數(shù)量減少,包括化生性萎縮和非化生性萎縮,常由輕癥的淺表性胃炎進(jìn)一步演變而來(lái),幽門(mén)螺桿菌的感染是其重要的致病因素。萎縮性胃炎進(jìn)一步發(fā)展可導(dǎo)致不典型增生,甚至胃癌,如能有效的阻止其發(fā)生發(fā)展,便可大大降低胃癌的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn),但臨床中至今缺乏公認(rèn)的可治療萎縮性胃炎的藥物。抗壞血酸(ascorbic acid,AA),即維生素C(vitamin C),常見(jiàn)于大部分新鮮的水果蔬菜中,有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)萎縮性胃炎患者體內(nèi)抗壞血酸濃度降低。故本實(shí)驗(yàn)以小鼠為研究對(duì)象,建立萎縮性胃炎動(dòng)物模型,研究不同濃度抗壞血酸溶液對(duì)萎縮性胃炎的干預(yù)作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)方法以C57BL/6雄性小鼠為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為空白對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,空白對(duì)照組不給予H.pylori感染,實(shí)驗(yàn)組用幽門(mén)螺桿菌悉尼菌株(Helicobacter pylori-Sydney Strain 1,H.pylori-SS1)進(jìn)行灌胃處...
