目的：研究雌激素對肝星狀細(xì)胞系LX-2趨化因子CXCL10表達(dá)的影響，以及雌激素對趨化因子CXCL10誘導(dǎo)的LX-2細(xì)胞遷移的影響，探討雌激素在肝纖維化疾病進(jìn)展中發(fā)揮保護(hù)性作用的機(jī)制。方法：Real-time PCR和western blot方法檢測不同處理時間的雌二醇對肝星狀細(xì)胞系LX-2趨化因子CXCL10mRNA和蛋白表達(dá)的影響。Transwell實驗檢測雌二醇對趨化因子CXCL10誘導(dǎo)的LX-2細(xì)胞遷移的影響。結(jié)果：1、雌二醇處理肝星狀細(xì)胞系LX-23h組、12h組CXCL10mRNA表達(dá)相對水平（分別為0.33±0.02，0.59±0.04）明顯低于對照組（1.00±0.02），差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（p<0.01）；處理24h組CXCL10mRNA表達(dá)相對水平（0.99±0.00）與對照組相當(dāng)，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（p>0.05）。處理12h組與處理3h組、處理24h組與處理12h組相比，CXCL10mRNA表達(dá)相對水平均升高，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（均p<0.05）。2、雌二醇處理LX-23h組、12h組CXCL10蛋白表達(dá)相對水平（分別為0.64±0.03，0.84±...
