研究背景:我國近年來,炎癥性腸�。╥nflammatory bowel disease,IBD）發(fā)病率呈明顯的逐年上升的趨勢。有研究證實(shí)炎癥性腸病（IBD）患者循環(huán)系統(tǒng)處于高凝狀態(tài),這種高凝狀態(tài)使得腸道微循環(huán)功能障礙,由此引發(fā)腸道微血栓形成,進(jìn)而誘發(fā)腸黏膜缺血、壞死,促進(jìn)潰瘍形成,從而引起患者病情的進(jìn)一步加重。研究目的:本研究回顧性分析了IBD患者臨床上極為常見的血小板相關(guān)參數(shù)及凝血功能相關(guān)指標(biāo),探討了IBD上述指標(biāo)的變化及與疾病活動性的關(guān)系,旨在為IBD患者病情判斷及評估提供新的依據(jù)。研究方法:1.選取2016年9月至2018年12月就診于天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)總醫(yī)院住院治療的炎癥性腸�。↖BD）92例患者為研究對象,其中潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎（Ulcerative colitis,UC）48例,克羅恩�。–rohn’s disease,CD）44例。另選取同期于本院體檢的健康者48例,作為健康對照人群。2.詳細(xì)記錄IBD患者入院24小時內(nèi)（病情活動期）和健康者體檢時,血小板相關(guān)參數(shù)和凝血功能相關(guān)指標(biāo),包括血小板計(jì)數(shù)（platelet,PLT）、平均血小板體積（mean platelet volume,...
