【摘要】：目的探討胃空腸結腸瘺的臨床表現(xiàn)及診斷方法。方法回顧性分析3例胃空腸結腸瘺患者的病史、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷的方法及治療。結果 3例胃空腸結腸瘺患者均發(fā)生在畢II式術后,臨床表現(xiàn)典型三聯(lián)征為慢性腹瀉,體重減輕和嘔吐糞樣物;2例結腸鏡檢查患者均通過瘺口進入殘胃發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯胃黏膜及賁門內口而診斷,3例行胃鏡檢查患者1例發(fā)現(xiàn)殘胃內糞便,3例上消化道鋇餐檢查患者中僅1例發(fā)現(xiàn)瘺口。結論胃空腸結腸瘺主要發(fā)生在畢II式術后,臨床易漏診。內鏡特別是結腸鏡檢查能作為胃空腸結腸瘺診斷的主要手段。
