【摘要】：經(jīng)頸靜脈肝內(nèi)門體分流術(shù)(TIPS)目前已成為治療肝硬化門靜脈高壓及其并發(fā)癥的主要方法。TIPS專用Viatorr支架2015年底在中國(guó)上市,但至今未能在國(guó)內(nèi)廣泛應(yīng)用,國(guó)內(nèi)多個(gè)中心目前仍采用裸支架與覆膜支架各1枚疊加釋放的雙支架技術(shù)模擬Viatorr支架行TIPS。雙支架技術(shù)具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),但在遠(yuǎn)期療效上不及單支架植入。該文就TIPS雙支架技術(shù)分類與優(yōu)勢(shì)、術(shù)后分流道功能障礙原因、術(shù)后隨訪、分流道功能障礙處理處理等研究進(jìn)展作一綜述,以期更好地發(fā)揮該技術(shù)在肝硬化門靜脈高壓治療中的作用。
[Abstract]:Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS) has become the main method for the treatment of cirrhotic portal hypertension and its complications. Tips special Viatorr stents were listed in China at the end of 2015, but they have not been widely used in China so far. At present, many centers in China still use bare stents and covered stents to simulate Viatorr stents with TIPS.. Double stent technology has unique advantages, but the long-term effect is not as good as single stent implantation. In this paper, the classification and advantages of TIPS double stent technique, the causes of postoperative shunt dysfunction, postoperative follow-up and the management of shunt dysfunction were reviewed in order to give full play to the role of this technique in the treatment of portal hypertension in cirrhotic patients.
