【摘要】：目的探討梗阻性黃疸患者血清胱抑素C(Cys C)的表達(dá)及經(jīng)皮肝膽管穿刺引流術(shù)(PTCD)治療前后的變化。方法收集72例梗阻性黃疸患者,行磁共振胰膽管造影(MRCP)檢查明確梗阻后行PTCD。設(shè)正常組、梗阻性黃疸組(PTCD組),測(cè)定血清Cys C、肌酐(CREA)、總膽紅素(TBIL)水平,比較各組指標(biāo)的差異。結(jié)果 PTCD組術(shù)前、PTCD組術(shù)后、正常組間TBIL、Cys C水平比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,且PTCD組術(shù)前、術(shù)后均高于正常組(P0.001);PTCD組術(shù)前、PTCD組術(shù)后、正常組間CREA水平無明顯差異(P0.05)。Cys C與CREA、TBIL均呈正相關(guān)性(r=0.320、0.265,P均0.001)。治療后Cys C和TBIL較治療前明顯下降(P0.01)。PTCD組術(shù)前Cys C的異常率為58.33%(42/72),CREA的異常率為11.11%(8/72);PTCD組術(shù)后Cys C的異常率為19.44%(14/72),CREA的異常率為8.33%(6/72);正常組Cys C、CREA的異常率為0。結(jié)論 Cys C既可反應(yīng)梗阻性黃疸高膽紅素血癥毒性,也可作為梗阻性黃疸并發(fā)腎功能異常的早期敏感指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of serum cystine C (Cys C) in patients with obstructive jaundice and the changes before and after (PTCD) treatment. Methods 72 patients with obstructive jaundice were examined by magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP). PTCD. was performed after obstruction.
