【摘要】：目的探討消化道內(nèi)鏡檢查患者發(fā)生感染的情況,以了解其感染的主要危險(xiǎn)因素,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2000年3月-2011年12月697例行消化道內(nèi)鏡檢查住院患者,對(duì)行消化內(nèi)鏡發(fā)生感染患者進(jìn)行病原菌培養(yǎng),數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 16.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共有55例發(fā)生感染,檢出55株病原菌,以幽門螺桿菌為主,共36株占65.5%;logisic多因素回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,內(nèi)鏡消毒時(shí)間不足、檢查室空氣消毒不符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、檢查人員手衛(wèi)生不到位、內(nèi)鏡消毒不符合要求是消化道內(nèi)徑檢查發(fā)生感染的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論幽門螺桿菌、假單胞菌屬和沙門菌屬是醫(yī)院感染的主要病原菌,避免醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素,降低醫(yī)院感染的發(fā)生率,保證患者和醫(yī)療工作者的安全是目前急需解決問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of infection in patients with digestive tract endoscopy in order to understand the main risk factors of infection and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods from March 2000 to December 2011, 697 inpatients with digestive tract endoscopy were enrolled in this study. The pathogenic bacteria were cultured in patients with digestive endoscopy infection. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results 55 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, 36 strains (65.5%) were mainly caused by HP. The results of logisic multivariate regression analysis showed that the endoscopic disinfection time was insufficient, the air disinfection in the examination room was not in accordance with the standard, and the hand hygiene of the inspectors was not in place. Endoscopic disinfection was an independent risk factor for infection in digestive tract internal diameter examination (P 0.05). Conclusion HP, Pseudomonas and Salmonella are the main pathogens of hospital infection, avoid the risk factors of hospital infection, and reduce the incidence of hospital infection. To ensure the safety of patients and medical workers is an urgent need to solve the problem.
