【摘要】：目的了解哈爾濱市非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)人群膳食鐵攝入情況,并探討其與NAFLD患病的關(guān)系。方法采用回顧性調(diào)查研究,對(duì)哈爾濱市NAFLD患者及對(duì)照人群各215人采用食物頻率調(diào)查表(FFQ)進(jìn)行膳食調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)并計(jì)算膳食鐵攝入量,采用Logistic回歸分析鐵對(duì)NAFLD患病危險(xiǎn)性的影響。結(jié)果 NAFLD患者鐵攝入量[(30.76±17.11)mg/d]、血紅素鐵攝入量[(5.03±5.99)mg/d]和非血紅素鐵攝入量[(25.73±12.99)mg/d]明顯高于對(duì)照人群[分別為(22.33±10.96)、(2.63±3.52)和(19.70±9.08)mg/d,P0.05]。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,膳食鐵和血紅素鐵攝入量為最高四分位者發(fā)生NAFLD的OR值分別為5.5(95%CI 2.061~14.45,P=0.001)和6.1(95%CI2.562~14.63,P0.001),而非血紅素鐵對(duì)NAFLD的患病危險(xiǎn)性沒(méi)有影響。結(jié)論高膳食鐵及血紅素鐵攝入水平是NAFLD患病的危險(xiǎn)因素,因此NAFLD患者鐵的攝入應(yīng)適量,尤其是血紅素鐵。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the dietary iron intake of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD) in Harbin and its relationship with NAFLD. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among the patients with NAFLD and the control population in Harbin.
